These graphic novels will be for students to check out and read at home and during school. They have exciting plots and lots of action to keep the attention of readers. These books will help to build the readers vocabulary and have interaction with the text and images on each page. Graphic novels help to develop and reinforce reading skills like inferencing, demonstrate punctuation and grammar rules, and explain figurative language.
These books encourage students to dive into books for fun! The books will improve our students reading skills just like other books do. Graphic novels help students build positive associations with books. They are for everyone but can be beneficial for reluctant or struggling readers.
