If this project is funded, it will allow my 1st grades to go on 2 field trips throughout the 2019-2020 school year. One of the field trips will be to the Tree House Museum. Here the students will build upon key concepts that have been taught in Language Arts in our classroom. They will have the chance to participate in a play, as a whole class. They will also get the chance to make a craft, and take it home to share with their parents. The second field trip will be to the Utah Hogle Zoo. Here the students will learn about different animals and their habits. This will build on concepts being taught in Science and Language Arts.

About my class
