With these new STEM-oriented books, the children in my elementary school will be able to bring out their inner scientist, engineer, astronaut, builder, or chemist through increased knowledge, imagination, ​and hands-on activities. Each month in the library during class time we will conduct a new experiment, build a simple machine, or learn a new scientific principle and concept from one of these purchased books. Each will be geared toward their specific grade level. My students will become more aware, and notice, how Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology is being used around them each, and every, day. Their minds will be broadened to endless possibilities as they Gear Up For Their Future.
