I am writing for a learning tool which I borrowed from a teacher in another school, but never owned, called Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs. Because I am able to see small groups of students at a time, a tool like this will give each person an hands-on opportunity to experience learning the letter names and sounds in a unique way!
With Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs, the students get to manipulate objects starting with a specific sound, play sorting games with the objects, work in teams to match objects to their beginning sounds, and quiz each other.
It is an exciting way to engage even the youngest child who is trying to learn letter names and sounds!
