I believe that students are not designed to sit in a seat for 60 minutes at a time. They are still kids, so I would love to provide an opportunity for them to move while learning! I am trying to create a space for my special needs learners to be able to meet the curriculum and complete the work while being able to choose a spot that works best for them. Do you like to sit in one spot for a whole hour straight? I truly believe these students will benefit from being able to move around on floor seats, soft seats or cushions, and this will help meet their needs!
