My math students work hard during their whole group class time. During our intervention time, students get the individual help they need. To allow our students to be successful, they need these headphones to listen to the lesson being taught to them. Having students listen to the lesson takes away any reading/language barriers that may occur. There also needs to be a quiet environment to allow for all students to stay focused on their lesson. The rulers are essential for our math class to be active and get hands on work with the material. The first week of the year, our students get busy creating tables and graphs based on each other's height and reach. Having these rulers makes lessons like these so much more successful. My students are in need of a new pencil sharpener to help them get ready for their learning quicker and easier.
