All of the materials that I have requested are to help enrich my students learning when they come to speech every day. The books are to help break down social skills to a level where all of my students can understand. The games are to create a fun and rewarding environment while practicing their speech. I want my students to want to come to speech every day! I want them to enjoy working so it doesn't feel like work to them. The toys are to work on language skills that require more natural practice and natural teaching. Not all of the students that come to speech can learn in a structured way. They also are there to work on basic play skills that not all children have.The prizes are for an extra reward for working hard, practicing at home, and showing positive behaviors while they're working.
