Time is what we wish we all had more of. These books will improve my literacy instruction because I will be able to better allocate the minutes in my day and week, to serve my students. In addition the personalization book will help me reach every student at their level. Since classroom sizes are so large it is difficult to meet with every student every day. I realized that I need more resources to better support the students I serve, and make the most of our time together. By growing me as a teacher, you are impacting many students as well.
