My students love to build towers, houses, forts, buildings, castles. and bridges. I love to listen to their imaginative language and even more excited to watch them use their abilities to bring the words to life.
The building materials will help improve language and social skills. Building with blocks and tiles will help the development of gross and fine motor skills.
I can also use the magnetic tiles to teach positional words and teach color and shape patterns. The need to boost their vocabulary and their interaction with each other is a pressing need due to the isolation during COVID.
My principal has approved my project.
