Support Mrs. Brantingham's classroom with a gift that fosters learning.
I teach 38 students within two classrooms in a dual-language setting. Students are using computers in math, listening centers, and during test taking. Students will be able to have a new set of headphones to be able to listen closely to directions given and feel more comfortable while doing so!
Since it is a dual-language classroom, many students are English language learnings and non-readers. With these headphones, they will be able to listen to books at a listening center as well as use them for our reading and math programs.
Since I have an ESL student and many nonreaders, they will be able to learn new vocabulary and listen to good interpretive reading. Listening to audio books teaches critical listening skills, introduces new genres, and invites students to listen to books above their level.
