The items that I am requesting will be purposeful in supporting the struggling K-2 readers I work with each day. We are in need of pocket charts for word sorting and poems and the literacy puzzles will give them a hands on experience to apply the specific skills we are practicing. The most engaging activity for my students is interactive writing, where they share the marker to write our sentences about our story on large post it paper. They each get to add a small illustration at the bottom and we take a picture to send to parents on SeeSaw.

About my class
