BT is an Arts magnet school in Fresno Unified. We are excited to be offering video production and 3-d printing classes to our driven artistic students. These classes provide students with valuable opportunities to grow through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Students are also developing projects and Ideas for FUSD's Tournament of Technology that takes place in March of 2020.
Products purchased in this project directly provide opportunites to 3-d printing and video production students in pursuit of creating unique projects to take to competition. Products purchased in support of this project provide students with the ability to 3-d print rally cars for a 3-d printed pinewood derby, or put their engineering design qualities to the test by designing a bridge to resist the crushing power of a hydraulic ram. Products also allow students the opportunity to design public service announcements about amazing opportunities or solutions to problems which our students face. Students can create amazing blockbuster movies that showcase their amazing talents as directors, producers and designers of digital content.
It is the goal of the industrial technology team to provide amazing opportunities for our students, which provide them with real world skills and experiences that will help shape their future. When you consider supporting this project, please consider the future engineer, movie director or industrial trades person who you could help create.
