We want to bring in more tools and materials to our classroom to offer hands on experiences that meet their fine motor and sensory needs. Some of these items will be used to create classroom sensory bins which offer tactile manipulatives for students to use during work center times.The jumbo eye droppers will provide an accommodation to help meet fine motor skill goals of using art utensils independently. The sound blocks will spark interests and offer some visual and auditory stimulation for student sensory breaks.The interactive math cards and activities will add a another level to small group instruction for students working on counting and number sense as individual education goals.
