If this project is funded, I intend to use my time at SXSW EDU to reflect on my teaching practice and evaluate what is successful and what needs growth. Teaching is such a fluid and continually evolving field and in order to stay relevant, I need to stay informed. Attending this conference will provide me with resources on the cutting edge of education that I can take right back to my classroom and implement. I will use this opportunity to select my next projects to work on in the classroom, as well as determine how I can work throughout the summer to start the following school year off on a strong footing.
