These LEGO sets will help my students learn creativity, working together and how to take what they have read and express it as their own. After reading stories to the students, these sets will encourage them create visual representations of what they have just heard or express their feelings about the topic within the book.
I will use these LEGO sets as supplemental materials for students to represent themes or ideas in stories. Having the students work together to re create or image what the story is about will help build cooperative working skills, imagination and the ability to be a part of the story.
