This project will give me access to a color printer and needed supplies at school that would be used to create images that build up the students' background knowledge in science, as well as make lessons more engaging. Since a lot of vocabulary terms are new, confusing, or hard to pronounce, images help them make sense of what we are learning. Letting the students create, organize, and sort the activities created with this colored printer will make concepts like weather, space, and chemical formulas all come alive. They will get to manipulate, build, and make sense of vocabulary using images in color, or drawing their own on whiteboards!

About my class
