Last Spring, the pandemic caused for students and educators to switch from in-person teaching to virtual teaching with a blink of an eye. This was not an easy transition, especially for the populations that I work with. My caseload consists of all diverse learners who come from a low income homes. The use of IPAD and headset is KEY in providing therapy services to my students, keeping them engaged and allowing for them to hear and see me clearly. It allows for the incorporation of materials, and games that they are familiar with. It also allows for me to be able to stay in contact with their families and guide them through this overwhelming time.
The IPAD and the headset allows for improved services from me and for use of more creative activities.
