Every day our students have the opportunity to have 90 minutes set aside for reading rotations. During this time students are grouped according to their reading level. In our independent station students use computers to work on phonics lessons and complete our history curriculum. Durable earphones will help create a quiet place for the other two stations to work and allow for the students on computers to concentrate. Durable headphones will also last longer than the ones we currently have now. If my class is gifted with these headphones I plan on keeping these headphones for the duration of the school year and years to follow.
