The ability to write, and write legibly, is a skill every individual needs to have throughout life, especially in school. Our class writes during language arts, reading and even math. Even though it is a skill we practice often, our students still struggle with the fine motor skills needed to be a successful writer. By having the tracing tablets, students will be able to practice their handwriting technique without wasting paper everyday! By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student skills, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. In this technology literate world, any interaction with updated resources will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology! Our world is continually moving towards more technological advancements, so our students use computers and ChromeBooks often. Noise-cancelling headphones help them stay focused on the task at hand, rather than be distracted by other things happening in the classroom.
