Videos and music can be powerful teaching tools in the English Language Arts classroom. But what happens when 25 students all try to listen to audio at once? Chaos! This class set of headphones will allow my students to build their listening comprehension skills. They can access audio versions of texts, listen to music to analyze mood and figurative language, watch videos to review or introduce new concepts, and even create their own audio content and play it back. When students are working individually, headphones will help them focus. Students can also use them in small groups during station rotations.
