From grades, friendships, and sports to hunger, exhaustion, and illness; please help me eliminate some of the every day stress affecting my students.
Through mindfulness, yoga, guided muscle relaxation, and breathing exercises I am hoping to bring my students' awareness to the here and now. I want them to be able to feel even just for a moment a stress free setting.
By practicing mindfulness I am hoping to improve distress tolerance, attention span, and ability to focus. By learning to be mindful my students' quality of life (in and out of the school setting) has the ability to improve!
