The students will be using these headphones to help stay focused during digital, independently-paced lessons. With the use of these headphones the students can listen to interactive videos that will help customize student learning to their own individual needs. I will be posting these videos on google classroom and the students will be able to accesses the lesson online and listen with their headphones on their Chromebook. The students will also complete digital spelling tests, listen to audio books, and listen to music. While studying poetry the students will find current songs, that they have an interest in and find the figurative language within the lyrics. As well, as use the audio to help define the figurative langage meaning. As a teacher it is important to meet the needs of all learners. Working next to another student that is not at the same level can be distracting and frustrating for a student. The students will use these with their classroom Chromebook. This will aid in my students to make sure that they have opportunities to stay focused to meet their educational goal.
