These Chromebooks will allow me to maximize the learning process within my classroom. This exposure to technology will have the students more engaged, thusly performing better. Moreover, with the varying set of applications available, I will be able to inform the students more than I would with regular textbooks. I want to turn my 4th graders into programmers, engineers, scientist, and authors! I would use the Scratch app to teach my students about programming. Also, I would use the ISS app and other engineering applications to teach students about the International Space Station, and the engineering design process. In addition, I would use various mathematics and literacy applications during math and literacy workshops. In this day and age, it is key to expose our youth to technology to ensure their success and to provide them with a competitive edge.
