Often students are working on assignments and making mistakes. With a Tablet I can walk around the room identifying mistakes I see on the tablet and immediately help students identify errors and give appropriate live feedback. Many sites we use in class like goformative allow teachers to analyze student work live and a mobile tablet allows the teacher to move around the room assisting students individually or in small groups giving immediate and specific feedback. As an example students may be conjugating verbs and missing a letter or an accent mark. With a tablet I can see which students are making this mistakes and address them with immediate reinforcement, instruction, and encouragement. This live mobile data gathering decreases frustration in students and encourages interaction with the teacher. I have piloted this tool and was amazed at the change in culture and responsiveness that it created in my students.
