Help me effectively use the tools of learning provided to me by helping me to build a listening library for my amazing students. I have Listening library equipment ( radio and headphones) but no reading cds/books. I hate to see a wonderful learning opportunity wasted. I am hoping to build a library collection of 20 fiction and non-fiction books for a listening library center. I would like to have 1 fiction and 1 non-fiction book rotation per month. Having a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction books will enable my kindergarteners to practice letter identification, letter sounds, comprehension and build foundational reading skills. A strong foundation will fuel a love of reading and future academic success. Help instill a love of learning for my wonderfully, unique, smart and talented kindergarteners !
