The materials from this project will be used for a faculty book study. This study will provide a detailed roadmap as we work to implement effective PLCs. The staff will read the text and interact with each other digitally and face to face with discussions, reflections, and setting action items. We look forward to studying research-based practices that are essential to the PLC process. This study will provide the next steps as we move forward with meaningful collaborative PLC teams. Our staff is excited to learn about and put into action these doable, easy to use tips for our PLC processes.
