We need the dry eraser sleeves to help with the Language Arts and Math centers that I will be doing with my students. In Language Arts, we will use dry erase sleeves and markers with centers. These centers go over figurative language, grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation. For math, we use the sleeves for base ten and fractions. We draw models. We practice multiplying and operations with fractions. These are done in centers also. We also work on math working out problems on the student's sleeves as I work them out on the front board. To help them achieve that education that is required for the students to be successful in future endeavors.
These supplies will help my students succeed in learning! Pencils and erasers will be used for math and writing. We use these in conjunction with post-it notes. Each student will get a post-it note to work out a math problem. This way we are focused on one problem and not other things. We use this the same way in reading and language arts. Each student gets a post-it to answer a question and we can compile these together then discuss them.
