These learning toys will help my preschool students effectively engage in learning while having fun. My student population reflect various ethic groups, learning styles, and learning abilities. It is critical for my students to accept, tolerate, respect, support show kindness toward each other. It is also critical that my students play and learn together at a young age. "Play is the highest form of research'' Albert Einstein. Play, in a natural, or teacher directed setting is also a preschooler's serious work. The learning toys I have requested will help my students develop love for long-life learning. My students are considered at risk for school failure for a variety of reason including poverty, special needs, environmental, traumatic experiences and more. Because of those reason, my students rely and need a school environment that is developmentally appropriate, safe, well managed and well equipped. The learning toys would make a tremendous and positive different in my class as my students master learning a letter of the alphabet, counting number forward and backward, building, creating and exploring. The learning toys would help the class stay fresh, rotating them in and out of centers, and teaching my students concepts.
