My students will use these Bee-Bots to practice basic programming skills that will help to get them ready for an increasingly technological world.
My students will love using the Bee-Bots to help them learn directionality, problem-solving, estimating, and sequencing. They will work together to read and write simple code to make their Bee-Bots move on a grid, through mazes, etc.
These Bee-Bots will also be used to help make literacy centers exciting and interactive. Students can solve a problem and direct their Bee-Bots to move to the correct answer on the grid. It will give them the opportunity to see results right in front of their very own eyes. I know that my students will be fully engaged in learning with the Bee-Bots.
