This program will be structured to give these ukulele students the same instrumental experience and knowledge which the other 4th grade traditional instrumentalists are receiving. While the instruction will be focused on the ukulele, the same key instrumental concepts will be taught to these students. The teaching curriculum, written by myself during my Master's program, is centered around pop tunes to keep the interest of the students but will teach essential playing techniques, playing posture, chords, make-up of chords, sheet music and chord chart reading, performance techniques and much more. Please help me give every student an equal chance to learn an instrument!
