My students love to be read to. They also enjoy picking a book of their choice to read. Since our school library has limited up to date reading material, I know that they will be surprised to see all the new and up to date reading material they can choose from. Since I have Zoom meetings with my students four days a week, I can let them vote on a good book they can choose for me to read to them. Then I can ask them to write a summary of important information about the book.
