My students learn best when sitting on the floor in close proximity to me. Because of this learning style, it is important to have a soft, comfortable space for them to sit on. This rug will be placed in our meeting area to make that space a more cohesive, attractive, and comfortable area when we work on reading and math lessons.
This rug will provide a colorful, comfortable space for each student to sit on during instruction. The individual "sit" circles will reinforce what proper personal space looks like. In addition to proving comfortable seating, it will be a visually-appealing addition to our classroom.
