Students will soon be back in my classroom with me. However, I will be recording videos from within my classroom even if students are learning remotely. I would like to use the rug so that they can begin to learn the common animal names’ beginning sounds that correspond to each alphabet letter. If they memorize these they will recognize them on the floor when they come to me in person. I believe this will be a fun way to keep them engaged and excited to finally come to the classroom all while learning the alphabet!
