With a campus of over 825 students, it is important to provide students, teachers and parents copies of their 504 individual education plans, as well as related documents, including counseling, assessment, progress, attendance, discipline, and health information. All of this data helps to ensure success for each of our students, who are our future leaders! Data is also collected to provide personal care and family needs, which is coordinated through my office, as School Counselor. Such items include referrals to outside services which include social/emotional/academic evaluations, and referrals for clothing, food, and materials, which all require documentation and record maintenance.

About my class
