The materials I chose in this project are to benefit my students in the flexible-seating aspect. As a 4th grader, it is quite difficult to sit in a desk quietly and learn. Students need to move around the classroom in different seating options. The materials I chose will allow those students who learn best in a flexible-seating option. As a first year teacher in this generation, it is very difficult to be given a small amount of money from the district and be able to purchase everything needed to create a safe, warm environment in which students can learn and grow in.
