More than 80% of our students come from low-income/poverty households. This project will help meet the basic needs of those students.
When students feel clean, warm, and fed - they are ready to learn and succeed!
Students come to my office needing clean clothes and often times, parents are unable to come to the school with extra clothes due to lack of transportation or job schedules. Sometimes our students do not have access to proper laundry equipment. Sometimes our students have accidents at school and need a clean change of clothes. Sometimes our students change houses frequently between family members or foster homes without a chance to grab extra clothes. Sometimes our student find themselves and their families homeless.
This project will help a variety of students to feel comfort, love, and support from amazing community members. Thank you in advance!
