Everyday, I strive to create the optimal learning environment for my students. However, many of my students lack all of the supplies needed when coming to school. We are grateful to be a district that is 1 to 1 technology, meaning each student has their own device. The headphones will be used with our 1:1 student iPads in class for all subject areas, but specifically for math and literacy instruction. At this age, many of the activities are through our technological devices and students need headphones to listen to reading, listen to a recording of me, and reading to self. In order for my students to hear what they are listening to on the devices, they need headphones. I would like each student to have headphones so that we can use them during differentiated instruction time. We will use the headphones with our states Istation program and school programs!
