I teach a 3-course pathway that in the third course leads to coding. I want to show my first-year course how fun and interesting coding can be and what better way than through something that is like a game. I have seen Sphero SPRK+ around before and have seen how students start to enjoy coding by being able to see what happens through the Sphero.
I want my students to learn to enjoy coding and have fun with it through something that they can physically hold. This will also spark interest to continue my program and see what else you can do and what jobs you can have through coding.
