The Scholastic News and TIME For Kids magazines would be very beneficial in the classroom in so many ways. Students would be able to learn different science and social studies topics in fun and engaging ways. Each student would be able to have a magazine in front of them as we read through them. Scholastic even offers a technology option that goes along with the article. My students love technology, so this would be a new way to incorporate it into science and/or social students, depending on the article. There are questions on the back of the magazine that go along with what we talked about which would help their reading comprehension.
