The graphing calculators that I am requesting for my students will help them move to the next level of technology using Algebraic methods to solve linear and non-linear functions. The calculators will help students graph and execute systems of equations and inequalities in a fraction of the time they spend doing these problems by hand. Students also are accessed using computer based testing and the standardized test is timed, so the calculator will also help students become more time efficient in their calculations. The donations to this project will help my students better understand the concepts of Algebra 1. By implementing the use of a graphing calculator, students will build up their self confidence by being able to check their hand written work and insure that their answers are accurate. We will use these calculators to help us in becoming the next generation of mathematicians. Yet, I truly need your support to help make this project a reality for my students. Thanks
