My students will be able to do a real STEAM project in class. We will be combining art, science, math, and engineering to learn about motion and design. My students will be enthused to learn that science can be fun and creative through use of imagination. Students can work together and in teams to produce a product that they can showcase in a science fair and then take home to share with their own families. Students will engage in creating real-life design problems and solutions in order to make their creations faster and more efficient. This project will also teach them valuable critical thinking skills that will give them personal experience that could aid them in nation testing as well as the real world.
