Many times we are using big books to focus on stories, poems, writing, literature, etc. My arms are not wide enough to hold the books, and the students sometimes struggle to see the information being displayed. With an easel, I will be granted the opportunity to be mobile in the classroom, and the students can come to the classroom's carpet to see the material being taught. The students will have a chance to come up and interact on the easel, by doing this such as tracking, pointing, identifying, reading, etc. Flexible seating is so important, students enjoy having a variety of seats available to them. It gives the students an opportunity access to different work spaces to effectively complete their work comfortably!
