Please help my 4th grade students master their math facts by donating to our Reflex Math project!
Reflex Math is an engaging and fun, fact fluency site that helps my students learn their addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts.
Math facts form the building blocks for higher-level math concepts. When children master their math facts, their working memory is freed up to devote energy to problem solving and learning new concepts and skills.
Reflex Math uses games with attractive and engaging graphics, sound effects and music to help students achieve fact fluency. Can you beat a Ninja Math warrior? How many balloons can you pop in the carnival booth? Students earn coins that open new games and are rewarded for staying engaged.
Reflex Math was a great success in 2019-2020. My students' needs were quickly assessed and we set goals together. Some students quickly moved beyond addition and subtraction and went straight to work on multiplication and division. Others worked hard through Christmas and tackled their addition and subtraction facts. We spent the rest of the year mastering multiplication and division. While Covid slowed other subjects down, Reflex Math kept my students engaged til the end.
We are off to a great start in 2020! My kids work hard everyday in Reflex Math. But our grant expires this month. Please partner with my students and help us increase our momentum by supporting this project.
