A school clothes/food pantry closet will help provide for the basic needs of our students. A lot of our students come from a low-socioeconomic background. This impacts their health and wellbeing in a negative manner. Some do not have all the basic care items that they need. A clothes closet/food pantry will help them be able to have access to that at school. For some students, school is the only place that they can get a hot meal and clean clothes to wear. We strive to help our students academically, but we must first and foremost, make sure that their physical and emotional needs are met as well.
