With limited budgets everywhere and programs getting cut, the essentials always seemed the first to go. Our kids are the ones that suffer the most when the essentials are eliminated. We can not cut corners with the future of our children when it comes to the essentials that they need for success. I always tell my students to turn in their work typed and printed out. I stressed the importance of presentation when it comes to their work. The copy paper will allow the students to email their work so they can get printed out in the classroom. No more assignments are written out but everything will be typed up and nicely printed.
