This chair is awarded to the student of the week! The student will be nominated every Monday! They will be my lab assistant for that week. They will help me during lunch, prepare labs, and help me hand out worksheets, etc. This chair gives them a sense of achievement not only for their great grades but for their love of the classroom and learning, doing well on labs, and participating in the classroom. I have been selecting the student of the week for the past 20 years and it’s so much fun to see children earn the title and their classmates being happy for them. Parents love it too!
