I teach full time but volunteer counsel with every free minute that I have as I have both degrees but the district cannot offer counseling positions for the school- only one per district. Although I volunteer counsel, There are no resources available at the school. Such a high percentage of homeless and foster children without counseling resources. This makes focusing and learning difficult when one is anxious and depressed and angry and scared. Please help me help the children. These are good children born into bad situations. Unfair start in life.
