I am teaching 5th grade students at a public school which is a Title 1 school. I want them to lean how to do their classwork and homework assignments and be organized. I do not have the essential supplies for them to complete their assignments. My parents are on top of things but they can not afford to supply us these things like glue sticks, pencils, etc. in mid year again. That is why I am requesting the classroom essentials.
We really request to get a few classroom supplies like pencils, glue sticks, write and wipe pockets, standard crayons, and some construction paper for doing projects assignments for ending our school year successfully. My students will be using the classroom supplies like glue sticks, pencils, crayons for center activities and hands on projects in class.
The pencils are the ones we are running out of constantly. The crayons and dry erase boards with erasers and markers will be used daily in the classroom.
