The majority of my students come from backgrounds that don’t allow them to provide school supplies. As a new teacher to the district, my classroom was bare in August. I desperately want to provide the tools needed for my students to use their creativity across the curriculum and store my class library in a way that allows them to benefit from using it. With personal book boxes, they can ‘check out’ books on their level to buddy read and enjoy. All of these items will go so far in addressing the need for simple supplies all students use, but mine rarely have. Thank you!
