The unit I want to teach with these robots is one that will translate across grade levels. We will focus on learning to code our robots with a partner, using each others strengths to make a truly collaborative experience for the students. Once we learn the art of coding, students will be given specific challenges or activities they must complete in order to move forward in the unit. Each challenge will get progressively more difficult to make sure we are meeting their learning needs where they are. Robotics teaches students the art of perseverance in an accessible and exciting way. Students are engaged in the process and develop skills that will last a lifetime.
